The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has confirmed the initiation of an investigation into reports of completed result sheets found in certain polling units in Kogi state. The Commission, addressing the issue through its official handle, stated:
“We are aware of reports indicating the discovery of filled result sheets in some polling units in Kogi State. The Commission takes this matter seriously. Our senior officials deployed to the State are currently investigating the incident(s). The Commission will communicate its decision promptly.
