Lucky Aiyedatiwa takes oath of office as the new Governor of Ondo State.

Lucky Aiyedatiwa assumes the role of the Governor of Ondo State, stepping into the position left vacant by the passing of his predecessor, the late Governor Rotimi Akeredolu. Akeredolu succumbed to Leukemia and Prostate cancer on December 27.
