A show promoter based in Canada, Prince George, has disclosed that Mohbad passed away on the very day his Canadian visa was approved.
George, who attended a candlelight procession organized by the Nigerian community in Toronto, Canada, on Saturday night, September 23, revealed that he had planned to surprise Bella Shmurda, the late singer’s close friend, by bringing Mohbad to his show.
He stated:
“I had intended to pleasantly surprise Bella Shmurda during his show in Canada by bringing Mohbad along. On that fateful day, I messaged Mohbad’s manager in the morning to inform him about the approval of his visa, only to receive the shocking news that Mohbad had tragically passed away.”
