Former Governor of Ogun State, Otunba Gbenga Daniel, has stated that Bola Tinubu inherited a struggling economy.

Senator Otunba Gbenga Daniel, the former Governor of Ogun State and current representative of Ogun East Senatorial District in the National Assembly, emphasized that Nigerians are facing hardship today due to the struggling economy inherited by President Bola Tinubu from former President Muhammadu Buhari.

During his ‘thank you tour’ of Ijebu Ode local government area of the State, Senator Daniel highlighted President Tinubu’s relentless efforts to address the economic challenges confronting the nation. He urged Nigerians to exhibit patience and collaborate with the current administration, assuring them of its commitment to building a more prosperous nation.

Senator Daniel stated, “While things may not be as favorable as we desire, I implore my fellow citizens to exercise understanding because President Bola Ahmed Tinubu inherited what can be described as a faltering economy. He is diligently seeking solutions to these challenges. I want to reassure you that there is hope on the horizon, and our country will emerge stronger from this. The President requires our cooperation now more than ever, and I assure you that soon, everything will improve for us.”
