Currently, residents of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, are engaging in the looting of the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) warehouse.
The residents, citing hunger as their motivation, forcefully entered the warehouse situated in Karimo, Phase 3 Region of the FCT, and proceeded to pilfer food items in a bid to address their immediate needs.
Josephine Adeh, the spokesperson for the FCT Police Command, acknowledged the occurrence and assured the public that the situation has been managed and brought under control.
