American actor and comedian, Anthony Anderson, is set to pay his former spouse, Alvina Stewart, an annual spousal support of over $200,000 as part of their divorce settlement.

According to court documents obtained by Page Six, the star of “Black-ish” will provide Stewart with a base monthly payment of $20,000. However, if his annual earnings surpass $2 million, he will be required to pay an additional 20 percent of his income to his ex-wife.

In the settlement, Anderson, aged 53, will retain possession of a 2004 Land Rover and a property located in Encino, California. In contrast, Stewart will retain their residence in Houston and a 2022 Mazda. Additionally, the former couple will sell their cemetery plot at Inglewood Park Cemetery and divide the proceeds.

Stewart initiated divorce proceedings from the “Barbershop” actor in March 2022, culminating in the end of their 22-year marriage. She cited “irreconcilable differences” as the grounds for their separation.

This marked the second time Stewart had sought a divorce from Anderson. Her initial divorce filing occurred in 2015, but she subsequently withdrew the petition and reconciled with her husband, making several joint public appearances together.
