Large debris of the military aircraft that crashed in Ondo River recovered

Parts of the Nigerian Air Force aircraft that crashed near Igbokoda in Ondo State are being evacuated from the site as recovery operations continue.

The debris was recovered on October 7, with military authorities intensifying efforts to retrieve the remaining wreckage and conclude operations at the crash site.

Ondo State Governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, visited the Nigerian Navy Forward Operating Base in Igbokoda, where he inspected the recovered debris.

Authorities are expected to continue the recovery operation as efforts remain focused on securing and clearing the crash site. :::
