
Nigeria’s Super Falcons have been drawn alongside Zambia, Egypt, and Malawi in Group C of the 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON). The draw took place on Thursday, January 15, in Rabat, Morocco.
Group C matches will be staged at the Larbi Zaouli Stadium in Casablanca, where the Super Falcons will begin their campaign for a record-extending 11th WAFCON title. Hosts Morocco headline Group A, which also includes Algeria, Senegal, and Kenya, with matches set for the Moulay Al Hassan Stadium in Rabat.
Group B comprises former champions South Africa, Côte d’Ivoire, Burkina Faso, and Tanzania, with games to be played at the Al Madina Stadium in Rabat. In Group D, Ghana, Cameroon, Mali, and Cape Verde will battle for qualification at the Complexe Sportif de Fès.
The 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations finals are scheduled to take place from March 17 to April 3.
