As voters head to the polls for the Ekiti State governorship election today, June 20, businessman Isaac Fayose has alleged that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) handed over uncollected Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) to members of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
Fayose claimed that APC members subsequently distributed the uncollected voter cards to non-indigenes brought into the state to participate in the election in favour of the party.
He further alleged that the non-indigenes were offered N20,000 each in exchange for casting their votes during the governorship poll.
