Alina Habba, former acting U.S. Attorney for New Jersey and one-time personal lawyer to U.S. President Donald Trump, is set to marry Turkish businessman Turhan Mildon, who is 13 years her junior.

Habba, 42, is expected to marry Mildon, 29, at an undisclosed location on Saturday, September 26, according to The Correspondent, which first reported the development.

Mildon is the chief executive officer of Miller Holding, a Turkish multinational conglomerate founded by his grandfather in 1967. The company has interests in energy, construction and mining and, according to the outlet, has developed business ties with government officials in countries including the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Venezuela.

The couple were first publicly spotted together in April at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner, which was cut short after a gunman reportedly attempted to enter the ballroom.

They were later seen together at the Executive Branch, a private club in Washington, D.C., on July 4.

More recently, the Daily Mail reported seeing Habba and Mildon outside the Polo Room restaurant in West Palm Beach, Florida. Habba was photographed wearing a large diamond engagement ring reportedly estimated at more than 23 carats.

According to reports, Habba and Mildon first met earlier this year at an event at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C.

The marriage would be Habba’s third. She divorced her second husband, parking-lot businessman Gregg Reuben, after leaving her position as New Jersey’s top federal prosecutor last December. She previously divorced attorney Matthew Eyet in 2019.

Mildon has also been previously married, according to the Daily Mail.

Habba rose to national prominence after Trump hired her as his personal attorney in 2021. She later served briefly in the White House as a counselor to the president before being appointed to lead the U.S. Attorney’s Office in New Jersey.
