Aston Villa, a Premier League club, is reportedly eyeing a move to sign Super Eagles striker Kelechi Iheanacho. Online reports suggest that Aston Villa is considering making a bid for the in-form Nigeria international during the upcoming January transfer window. With just six months left on his current contract, Iheanacho will be eligible to engage in discussions with other clubs starting January.

Despite interest from various clubs like West Ham, Fulham, Brentford, and Wolves following Leicester City’s relegation from the Premier League to the Championship, Iheanacho chose to stay at the King Power Stadium. Under the management of new coach Enzo Maresca, the Super Eagles forward has made 20 appearances in all competitions for the Foxes this season, showcasing his prowess with six goals and two assists.
