Chelsea sign Harrison Bettoni from Wigan Athletic on long-term deal
Chelsea have completed the signing of Harrison Bettoni from Wigan Athletic ahead of the new season.
The 18-year-old has signed a contract that will keep him at Stamford Bridge until 2030 after impressing with Wigan’s first team during the 2025/26 campaign.
Bettoni made 27 senior appearances for the League One club last season, having made his debut in the EFL Trophy before enjoying a memorable first league appearance against Wimbledon.
The young defender will now look to establish himself under Chelsea manager Xabi Alonso as he begins the next chapter of his career.
