Elon Musk has declared that all revenue generated from advertising and subscriptions associated with the conflict in Gaza will be donated to hospitals in Israel and the Red Cross in Gaza. Musk emphasized that the funds will be closely monitored to ensure proper allocation, and the Red Cross/Crescent will oversee the process to prevent any funds from reaching Hamas. The CEO stated, “We should care about the innocent regardless of race, creed, religion, or anything else.” This announcement follows Musk facing accusations of promoting anti-Semitism after responding to a racist post with the comment, “You have said the actual truth.” The exchange originated when a man criticized a Foundation to Combat Anti-Semitism campaign video.

The video depicts a father confronting his son about the online hatred he has expressed, holding him accountable for his rhetoric.

A user on the X platform dismissed the video, asserting that Jewish communities have propagated the same kind of hatred against whites that they condemn. Expressing disinterest in concerns raised by Western Jewish populations, the user remarked on the realization that minorities supporting immigration may not reciprocate favorable sentiments towards them.

In response to this comment, Elon Musk, with 163 million followers, replied, “You have said the actual truth.”
