Mohamed Salah has reportedly reached a verbal agreement to join Turkish giants Beşiktaş following his departure from Liverpool.

The Egyptian forward is expected to sign a one-year contract with the Istanbul-based club, with the deal including an option to extend for an additional season.

Under the proposed agreement, Salah would earn a guaranteed annual salary of €10 million, with performance-related bonuses worth up to €2 million, potentially taking his total yearly earnings to €12 million.

While the move has not yet been officially completed, reports indicate that both parties have reached a verbal understanding, with the remaining formalities still to be finalized.

Salah, regarded as one of the Premier League’s greatest-ever forwards, brought an end to his successful spell at Liverpool earlier this summer. During his final season at the club, he made 41 appearances across all competitions, scoring 12 goals and providing 10 assists.

According to Transfermarkt, the Egypt international is currently valued at approximately €22 million.
