Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has strongly rebuked critics who claim the Tinubu administration is failing, describing them as “politically expired” and blind to the government’s ongoing achievements.
Speaking during the flag-off and commissioning of road projects in the Ushafa-Bwari area of Abuja, Wike targeted long-time political opponents who, despite shifting through more than ten political parties since 1999, have yet to make meaningful progress.
“Let them hear this. Those without vision, politically expired individuals who have jumped across over ten parties since 1999, should open their eyes and see what we’re doing. Whatever channel they choose, they will see Mr. President’s efforts,” Wike said.
He added pointedly, “Yet, some still claim nothing is working. Must we visit their homes for them to acknowledge progress? Unfortunately, we won’t be doing that.”
