Brigadier General Yushau Ahmed, the Director General of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), has assured corps members that they will soon begin receiving a minimum monthly allowance of N77,000.
He made the announcement during the commissioning of a staff bus in Abuja.
The DG explained that arrangements have been finalized for the disbursement of the increased allowances to corps members.
He emphasized that the security and welfare of corps members are his top priorities, and assured them that in 2025, they will receive all the benefits they deserve.
