According to a security analyst, detectives dispatched to the scene discovered the lifeless body of a woman, estimated to be around 60 years old, floating in Jabi Lake.
The source added that no visible signs of violence were found on the body. A pair of green slippers was also recovered on the lake’s bank. Due to the advanced state of decomposition, the Environmental Health Department was contacted to evacuate the body and prevent any potential health hazards.
An investigation is ongoing to determine the identity of the deceased and the circumstances surrounding her death.
