A woman was forcibly removed from a New York City courtroom on Tuesday, June 3, after shouting profanities during the ongoing federal trial of music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs.

Now entering its fourth week, the high-profile sex trafficking case is being heard in the Southern District of New York. The disruption occurred shortly after the day’s proceedings began.

Witnesses report that the woman suddenly stood and shouted, “Diddy!” followed by a series of profane remarks, including, “These motherf—ers are laughing at you,” and, “You’re laughing at a Black man’s legacy.” She then yelled, “Pull your gun out, ninja, I dare you,” prompting Judge Arun Subramanian to order her immediate removal from the courtroom.

Combs remained calm and seated during the incident, which caused a brief pause in the testimony of Eddy Garcia, a former security staffer at the InterContinental Hotel in Los Angeles.

Combs faces a range of serious federal charges, including sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation for the purpose of engaging in prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty.

The trial has attracted significant public attention, featuring testimony from notable figures such as Casandra “Cassie” Ventura and rapper Kid Cudi. The courtroom outburst adds another layer of drama to a case already packed with explosive revelations.
