Gunmen kidnapped six individuals in Kufana town, Kajuru Local Government Area of Kaduna State, in the early hours of Monday, September 13.
According to reports, the attackers stormed the community and took the victims to an unknown location. Among those abducted was Mr. Samuel Dangiwa, a prominent community leader and former Education Secretary, security analyst Zagazola Makama confirmed.
Military forces and local youths have launched a joint search operation to rescue the kidnapped individuals.
As of this report, efforts are ongoing to track down the kidnappers and secure the safe return of all the victims.
