The exchange began when a fan, Abazz (@abazwhylle), posted a tweet praising Davido for recently giving a car to another supporter. However, an online critic mocked Abazz, noting that he had been backing the singer for even longer than the car recipient and sarcastically suggested that Davido should “bless” him.
In response, Abazz defended his loyalty, saying his admiration for the Afrobeats star goes beyond financial rewards or material gain.
The conversation eventually caught Davido’s attention, prompting him to respond by sending N15 million directly to the fan.
