The FCT Police Command has arrested seven suspects for allegedly committing drug-related offences.
The suspects were apprehended during a raid operation conducted on September 2, 2026, at Lobito Crescent in the Wuse 2 area of Abuja.
According to the police, the suspects were found in possession of various illicit and controlled substances, including dried leaves suspected to be cannabis packaged in small transparent sachets, several tablets of Tramadol, a bottle of Codeine, and a black polythene bag containing dried leaves suspected to be Cannabis sativa, among other substances.
The seven suspects are currently in police custody and will be charged to court after the completion of investigations.
