Enoch Ali Maku, a Senior Special Assistant to the Chief Judge of Nasarawa State, who was abducted five days ago, has regained his freedom.

Maku, a retired Director of Information and Protocol with the Nasarawa State Judiciary, was kidnapped alongside his brother, Danladi Ali Maku, last Wednesday in Agyaragu, a suburb of Lafia Local Government Area.

A family member, Markus Luka, confirmed the development, stating that Maku was released on Sunday, August 3, and has since reunited with his family.

However, Luka revealed that Danladi remains in captivity and called for continued prayers for his safe release.
