Wrestling icon Hulk Hogan, who passed away in July 2025 at the age of 75, left behind an estate valued at nearly $5 million—and named just one person as its sole beneficiary.

According to newly revealed court documents, Hogan’s 35-year-old son, Nick Hogan, has been designated the exclusive heir to his late father’s estate. Notably absent from the will is Hogan’s daughter, Brooke Hogan, as first reported by Us Weekly.

On Tuesday, September 9, Nick filed paperwork to be appointed co-personal representative of the estate alongside Terry McCoy, a man reportedly close to the Hogan family. The filing follows legal proceedings Nick initiated against Hogan’s former friend, Bubba the Love Sponge, in an effort to block the release of a controversial documentary titled Video Killed the Radio Star: The Untold Story of the Hulk Hogan Sex Tape Scandal.

The will, originally drafted in 2016, was revised multiple times—most recently in July 2023. While Nick stands to inherit the bulk of the estate, Hogan’s widow, Sky Daily, is recognized in the documents as his surviving spouse.

The estate includes $799,000 in personal and intellectual property, $200,000 in cryptocurrency, and a $4 million valuation tied to Hogan’s right to publicity. Additionally, the documents mention a potential payout from an unresolved medical malpractice claim. TMZ previously reported that Sky Daily intended to sue Hogan’s doctors, alleging that a neck surgery he underwent in May was improperly performed.

Though Hogan owned two adjacent Florida properties estimated to be worth $11 million, these were not listed as part of the estate—suggesting they may be held in a trust or separate legal entity.
