Blac Chyna has filed a cross-complaint against her ex-boyfriend Twin Hector, rejecting his assault claims and instead accusing him of repeatedly abusing her during their relationship.
The legal move follows Hector’s 2024 lawsuit, in which he alleged that she attacked him multiple times. In response, Chyna maintains that any physical contact on her part was in self-defense. Her attorneys argued that in an incident where Hector reportedly suffered an eye injury, she acted only after being struck. They stated that any force used was necessary and proportionate to protect herself from further harm.
Chyna also alleges that Hector violated a non-disclosure agreement by referencing her in his music, including a song that she claims hints at a woman with her exact shoe size. She is seeking at least $20 million in damages over the alleged breach.
Hector’s lawyer has dismissed the cross-complaint, describing it as an attempt to divert attention from the original accusations. He insisted that his client has no history of violence and plans to contest the claims in court, maintaining that Hector is the victim.
The case is expected to proceed through the legal system, with both parties presenting sharply conflicting accounts.
