  • Extortion and kidnapping threats involving the forceful collection of ₦250,000 from one Kudi Ibrahim of Askuwari Village on March 10, 2025, under threat of abduction or death.

The suspects have reportedly confessed to their crimes and are currently in custody at the State Investigation Department (SID), where further investigations are ongoing.

Commissioner of Police, CP Emmanuel Ado, has ordered intensified efforts to track down other members of the criminal network. He also appealed to the public to continue supporting security efforts by providing credible and timely information.
