The House of Representatives on Wednesday July 14, received report of the Committee on Electoral Matters on a bill to amend the Electoral Act.
The report which was laid before the House at plenary by Chairman of the Committee, Rep. Aisha Jibril Duku, will be considered for passage at plenary on Thursday July 15 before the House embarks on its annual summer vacation.
Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila had assured Nigerians that the bill will be passed before its summer break.
