Troops of Operation Enduring Peace (OPEP) have arrested a suspected vandal in Kwall.
The suspect, identified as Nimnan Binfa, 42, was apprehended around 11:00 a.m. on May 3, 2026, by troops of Sector 3 OPEP while allegedly attempting to steal copper wires within the premises of the College of Accountancy Kwall.
He was caught during a routine security patrol in the area, and a chain saw was recovered from him at the time of arrest.
The suspect is currently in custody as investigations continue.
