A Nigerian woman, Na’ima Hudu, has stated that it is not a wife’s responsibility to care for her aged or ill mother-in-law.

Sharing her opinion on Sunday, May 25, the Corps member wrote:
“Women, it is not your responsibility to take care of your aged or sick mother-in-law, just as it is not your husband’s responsibility to send money to your family.”
