Super Eagles goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali has become a sought-after talent following his standout performance at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations in Ivory Coast.

Clubs are showing keen interest in the 27-year-old shot-stopper, with reports indicating that EFL Championship side Queens Park Rangers and Saudi Pro League outfit Al-Ettifaq are among those eyeing a potential move for him.

Italian transfer expert Fabrizio Romano recently revealed on his social media platform that Nwabali is a target for multiple clubs, with both QPR and Al-Ettifaq expressing strong interest in securing his services. Chippa United, Nwabali’s current club, is open to considering offers during the upcoming summer transfer window.

“Nigeria GK Stanley Nwabali, on the list of different clubs as Al Ettifaq in Saudi and Queens Park Rangers in UK have enquired about him,” Romano stated, highlighting the growing interest in the goalkeeper.

In addition to QPR and Al-Ettifaq, Nwabali has also attracted attention from other clubs, including Royale Union Saint-Gilloise, the former club of Super Eagles striker Victor Boniface.

Despite the speculation surrounding his future, Nwabali remains focused on his commitments with Chippa United. While acknowledging the online offers, he awaits concrete proposals to materialize on his table before making any decisions about his next move.
