Real Madrid remain the world’s most valuable football brand, now worth €2.4 billion

Real Madrid have retained their position at the top of global football business, ranking as the world’s most valuable football brand for the third consecutive year, according to the Brand Finance Football 50 Report.

The Spanish giants recorded a 25% increase in brand value over the past year, reaching €2.4 billion. This makes Real Madrid the first club in the 15-year history of the ranking to surpass the €2 billion mark.

The club’s record commercial performance and the full-capacity operation of the renovated Santiago Bernabéu Stadium were key factors behind the significant rise in valuation.

Real Madrid also recorded a Brand Strength Index score of 95.8 out of 100, securing the title of the world’s strongest football brand for a fifth consecutive year based on factors including marketing, fan engagement and commercial performance.

Barcelona remain second in the ranking after their brand value increased by 15% to nearly €2 billion.

Arsenal were among the biggest climbers, moving up five places to third after recording a 28% increase in brand value, which now stands at approximately €1.5 billion.
