Nigerian singer Michael Adebayo Olayinka, better known as Ruger, has announced that he will be getting married this year.
The singer revealed that attending other people’s weddings has made him reflect on his “Playboy” lifestyle. Ruger expressed his readiness to settle down this year, especially as he approaches his 30th birthday.
Taking to his Snapchat, he wrote: “Everybody is just getting married. Got me questioning myself—how long will I continue this Playboy shii? I’m settling down this year, period. I’ll soon be 30, tf.”
Ruger recently opened up about his views on relationships, admitting that they haven’t worked well for him. In a recent interview, he shared that although his natural instinct is to consider getting serious with someone, he often loses interest over time.
He said, “I am a loverboy, it’s just now that I understand that relationships don’t work for me. But normally, my first instinct when I see a girl is to think about how I can get serious with her.”
