Napoli has turned down offers from Turkish clubs Galatasaray and Fenerbahce for Nigerian international and Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen.

Osimhen, one of the hottest names in this summer’s transfer window, spent last season on loan at Galatasaray, where his goals played a crucial role in helping the club secure both the Turkish Cup and the Süper Lig title.

According to Turkish media outlet Halk TV, Osimhen’s impressive performances have prompted Napoli to raise their valuation of the striker, leading them to reject Galatasaray’s €60 million bid to sign him permanently.

Fenerbahce’s bid was also dismissed. Turkish broadcaster Barış Yurduseven of TRT reported that Napoli took a firm “no bargaining” stance, even after Fenerbahce offered a structured payment plan spread over four installments.

Yurduseven added, “Besides the Turkish clubs, only some Saudi teams and Manchester United are currently in talks, but they remain cautious due to the significant financial commitment involved.”
